1. Service Agreement

By engaging Novapulse for auto service, you agree to these terms. Our services include brake diagnostics, engine tuning, transmission repair, pit stop service, and chassis maintenance at 167 Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur 50250, Malaysia.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted upon assessment. Payment is required upon service completion. We accept cash and digital payment methods. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

3. Warranty & Liability

Services are warranted for 30 days from completion date. We are not liable for damages to vehicles due to pre-existing conditions not disclosed. Vehicle owners assume responsibility for valuables left inside vehicles.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior incur no fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% charge. No-shows forfeit 100% of quoted amount.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect vehicle and contact information to provide services. Your data is protected under Malaysian data protection laws and GDPR where applicable. We do not share data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Novapulse's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
